AnotherSaaS EOOD is a limited liability company (EOOD — Ednolichno Druzhestvo s Ogranichena Otgovornost) registered under the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria.

EOOD is the Bulgarian equivalent of a single-member limited liability company. The company is subject to Bulgarian commercial law and EU regulations applicable to Bulgarian entities.
